The Practice

    This law office mainly focuses on the practice of U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Law.  The office deals in both employment as well as family based immigration law cases eg. preparing paperwork for  applications, adjustment of status and consular processing for greencard, different kinds of non immigrant and immigrant visa and naturalization.

     In addition to directly assisting the clients on immigration filing, the office also works with criminal and family law attorneys advising them on how to protect their foreign national clients' interest so that it may cause least damage to their immigration history.      

    The Office works under the idea that every immigration case is a personal commitment of the lawyer and so at the Law Ofiice of Lalita Haran your case details are reviewed closely by the lawyer herself and not by a paralegal.  You would be able to talk to your immigration attorney personally and your messages would be returned promptly by the lawyer.

     Indiana is home to the great football team which was the 2007 NFL champion.  But, more recent is the 2012 National Football Championship game was played at the Lucas Oil Stadium, Indianapolis

     Indianapolis, the State capitol, hosts the annual car race "Indy 500." 

     Tribute to Indy 500 two times winner, Dan Wheldon, who passed away on 10/16/11 while racing car at Las Vegas.     

Just 50 miles North of Indianapolis lies the 'City of Firsts' also known as Kokomo.

    Kokomo has given several innovations to the world.  The foremost being the automobile. 

    The world's first car rode on the streets of Kokomo when the automotive pioneer, Elwood Haynes, test drove his invention in Kokomo.  many events happened first in Kokomo and hence the name "City of Firsts."  Additionally, Kokomo houses several automobile parts manufacturing plants which are going through a revival cycle.

     In addition to the notable personalities like Elwood Haynes and Elmer Apperson, who jointly started the pioneer automobile manufaturing company in Kokomo, the author of the children's book "Clifford the Big Red Dog," Norman Bridwel, and several well known sports personalities are from Kokomo.
